Provides Collaborative & Creative Counseling Services for Adults, Teens, and Families in need of Healing and Positive Change. Therapy is provided in a safe, non-judgmental environment catered to a client’s specific needs.

We provide counseling for those suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, relational, social & self-esteem issues; those close to one suffering from addiction or mental illness; struggling with work and school difficulties; family and lifetime adjustments, verbal abuse & bereavement.

Desiree works through telehealth with Individuals ages 13 and up. Telehealth allows the client to remain in the comfort and convenience of their own home. Telehealth provides a secluded space for an intimate connection and an optimal environment for therapeutic services.

Desiree Tempany, LCP | M.A. Clinical Psychology & Counseling | Desiree Provides Collaborative & Creative Counseling Services for Adults, Teens, and Families in need of Healing and Positive Change. Therapy is provided in a safe, non-judgmental environment catered to a client’s specific needs. Desiree’s Passion is To Initiate and Bring to Fruition the Healing Process Her Joy is in watching an Individual Grow into their “Authentic Self” She enjoys assisting one Increase their Sense of Self-Advocacy and Self-Esteem Desiree Tempany, LPC, has a unique style of using brief, solution focused and client centric approaches to assist them with their mental health needs. Her strengths are in the areas of using tools from CBT, DBT, Family Therapy, Positive Psychology, Existential Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, & Developmental Psychology. Desiree approaches mental health from a Holistic Viewpoint.  Often a person’s health and wellness practices are considered. Treatment may include meditative and mindfulness practices. A person may choose to use scriptural verses or prayer according to their own belief system.  We may take a look at things like increasing daily exercise, using a light box, getting daily sunlight, improving one’s nutrition, or exploring supportive supplements.
